the location was central. it gave me easy access to everything i wanted. the staff are great! they were very friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was good and in a prime location.
my room wasn't very nice, i didn't have a real window! still, there was a lot of noise from the street. the tv didn't work. the ac made a lot of noise out of the blue.

I found a couple of things disappointing. The noise from the street was REALLY noticeable. I could hear everything, and the poor window insulation made it even worse. the breakfast buffet was just ok. The options felt limited and uninspired (nothing special).

the location was acceptable since it was close to sword lake and the water puppet theatre.
The noise from the street was very loud. There was poor insulation. the air conditioning was also very noisy. i was not happy with this aspect of my stay.
